Repairs & Service
We have assembled a professional team that works closely with property management companies, commercial developments, and strata groups.
The range of services we offer include, drain cleaning, video inspection of underground electrical and gas piping, replacement water heaters and plumbing fixtures. We have specialized equipment designed to locate underground piping. We have equipment that can flush and clean perimeter and storm drains. We also repair all types of plumbing pipes, and if your home is plumbed with Poly B piping we can replace it with a modern, dependable, time-proven product.
All of our tradespeople are also licensed gas fitters, trained to service natural gas and LP fixtures. Whether it’s your furnace, fireplace, water heater or boiler we are here to assist you.

Water & Drainage
Our dedicated Waterworks Division provides a unique combination of skilled plumbers and heavy equipment operators. We are able to provide a full service for perimeter drain replacements, water main replacements and repairs, ground and surface water diversion, curtain and French drain installations.
Additionally, our state of the art underground locating equipment enables us to video inspect your perimeter drain system and pinpoint the location of the blockage or area of collapse, possibly minimizing the amount of excavation required.
Our varieties of earth moving equipment allow us to access even cramped areas in back and side yards, as well as tackle the bigger projects requiring our large machinery.
Projects
In addition to residential services, we have many commercial clients, and handle installation & maintenance for a range of projects and environments.
Over the years, Terra Nova Plumbing has had the opportunity to work with many skilled tradesmen, contractors and designers.
We also hire enthusiastic people from the community. Over the past 40 years we have successfully trained many apprentices and helped them on the road to a rewarding career. With cooperation from ITA (Industry Training Authority) we oversee and encourage young workers to get their Red Seal Certification in plumbing and gas.
